Accreditation assessment

SQC has more than 18 years of experience as Lead Assessor conducting accreditation assessments of Certification Bodies, Inspection Bodies and Testing Laboratories.

Commissioned by the Dutch Accreditation Council RvA, SQC performed assessments of over 150 Conformity Assessment Bodies worldwide against the following standards:

  • ISO/IEC Guide 65: requirements for product certification
  • ISO/IEC 17020: requirements for inspection bodies
  • ISO/IEC 17021: requirements for management system certification
  • ISO/IEC 17024: requirements for certifying competence of persons
  • ISO/IEC 17025: requirements for testing laboratories

SQC conducts accreditation assessments in all industry sectors against the general requirements for Conformity Assessment Bodies and their quality systems, as well as specific assessments against technical requirements in the sectors for electrical, electronics, telecommunications and Information Technology products and services.
